At Nekojima, "the cat island" in Japan, an electrical network is expanding to power various lively districts on the island. The installation of electric poles becomes more complex due to the narrowness of the territory and its curious population of cats wandering on the cables.
Players must take turns placing or stacking Denchuu (electric poles), respecting designated locations without allowing any suspended cables to touch. But beware of being the one who causes the structure to fall. In competitive mode, the player who causes the structure to collapse loses. In cooperative mode, the goal is to go as far as possible without the structure falling.
