In Naishi, develop your province by acquiring new structures and influential characters to increase your renown. The Shogun's law is strict and forbids rearranging your cards. Therefore, seize opportunities wisely and send your emissaries to intrigue at the imperial court to place your cards most effectively and become the most prestigious province in Japan.
