At the same time, the Imaginarium management have noted increased productivity. So, the Chimera dream incentive program has been launched. New elements are now available to the handymen and daydreaming has become an official action!
Thanks to the new assistants, projects, actions and machines, the handymen start to collect fragments of dream to build their own dream.
A new operating mode has also emerged in the factory, with the appearance of working in teams of two (up to 6 workers possible), sharing resources, dreams… and victory points! For workers, good communication has become the key to success while paying attention if anybody’s listening…
